NOTICE TO NEWSGROUP - statement from a director of Private Parking Appeals

Dear All

I am a director of Private Parking Appeals Ltd and emailing from a new personal email account.

Private Parking Appeals dispatched a letter to Mr Brian Reay of your group due a number of increasingly false and disparaging comments he has made about the company or its officers.

In particular we raised an issue with his postings on the "Everyone's a winner" thread he created in which he made a false suggestion that our testimonials http://privateparkingappeals.co.uk/testimonials/ were "faked up"

For the avoidance of any doubt, all our testimonials are true accurate and can be backed up with customers directly.


I just thought the group should be aware that Brian Reay is now on our radar for possible legal action.

I for one believed what brian reay said about your testimonials being fake
brian never tells a lie........it put me off using your services
.........and I have had a few parking invoices recently as everybody knows

Not seen you posting for a wee while. The last 'chat' I had with Cummins he
said he would link me to you for some court case because he didn't like some
comment I had made. He continued this threats until eventually, I told him

Oh, he likes to pretend he is 'preparing' cases etc (or someone is).
Mating elephants is quicker. Glaciers are quicker!

He has tried all kinds of things, data protection, he got nowhere with
the ICO, but insists otherwise. Needless to say, nothing has been heard
since.

He, supposedly, had a case back in 2015 when I, supposedly, not only
stood surety (£25k!) but had to attend 'in chambers' to do so for the
supposed culprit. Minor problem, I wasn't even in the country.
Of course, there was to be further prosecutions from that case. Not only
has there been so sign of any, other than stuff all traceable back to
him, there is no evidence the supposed case ever took place.
