Goodness me. Been out of radio for a few years and just loaded up this group
to find about 99% rubbish and 1% amateur radio. What on earth has happened,
apart from an apparent takeover by a group of loony Scots?

Mac.

It's all these inexperienced operators with their GM4 callsigns
cluttering the place up. Some of them might learn to behave themselves
but as it is they are ruining the hobby. There should be a very strict
exam required before you are allowed to send messages on the Internet,
although I don't think you should need one to just quietly read.

I remember the start of the September That Never Ended. You think the
Foundation licence has made a mess of your hobby? Pah!

Oh well, things change and we cannot step in the same river twice. All
we can do is try and educate the newbies and hope they improve...
