They're pretty much bomb-proof radios, apart from dry-joint problems.
Re-solder them and they're not too bad a bit of kit... Always
assuming it hasn't been 'rig-doctored'

How do we know there is anything in there?
It might just be a demonstration box. Intended to teach W&S staff how
not to open boxes.
I think they can get a training certificate for not opening boxes
correctly.

I emailed and asked them to have a look what colour it was,
they replied that if they opened the box they would have to pull the
