Well the 150A isn't too difficult
However the 450A is (without major modification) impossible!

Better that you buy a proper, type approved, radio for marine use. Oh and
while you're about it take the marine VHF course and get a licence, then you
may understand why type approval is important!

On your FD-150A, enter 160.950 with a split of minus 4.6 MHz
and do the same for channels 1,2,3,4,5,7,18,19,20,21,22,
23,24,25,26,27,28.
