Star Chamber Return.
The Star Chamber, an evil English system of justice was abolished in 1641 by
Oliver Cromwell following the English Civil Wars. Indisputable facts and
evidence are that this evil form of justice returned to the UK from at least
as far back as 1974. Judges are not held by the Judicial Oath scam and
illegally make their own laws as they wish. They are being protected by the
highest authorities in this land which, in the circumstances, also includes
our Monarchy and police. Such authorities are therefore being held to be

GOLDEN JUBILEE
The Prime Minister's Official Spokesman (PMOS) advised journalists that the
Prime Minister would be hosting a private dinner in Downing Street this
evening in honour of the Queen to celebrate her Golden Jubilee. The Queen
would be arriving with the Duke of Edinburgh and would be met on the
doorstep by the Prime Minister and Mrs Blair at 7.30pm.
The rest of the guest list was: John and Norma Major; Baroness Thatcher and
Sir Denis Thatcher; Lord Callaghan and his daughter, Baroness Jay of
Paddington; Sir Edward Heath; Lady Wilson and her son, Professor Robin
Wilson; The Earl and Countess of Home, the son and daughter-in-law of Sir

Asked what was on the menu, the PMOS said that we would release the menu

1) Prime Minister Tony Blair continues to deprive this nation of their
lawful right of access to independent and impartial tribunals or authorities
established by law for the resolution of their criminal or civil rights
which is a requirement under Article6(1) of the European Human Rights
Convention. We don't have any such independent or impartial tribunals or
authorities.
2) The judicial oath of Fairness to all manner of men, sworn by all judges
and magistrates to Queen Elizabeth the Second ( Patron Head of UK
Freemasonry, the worlds largest Secret Society) is a scam of the highest
order. These people are obviously aware of this fact

judges and magistrates when they breach that oath sworn to her. That was
proved by the reply I received in response to my letter to the Queen. Their
letter of reply to me also showed that the UK has no independent or
impartial authorities as mentioned above. The proof of these latter facts is
shown in many other such similar cases. What might otherwise be called
independent authorities in the UK, are those who have become illegally
independent to the laws which are meant to govern this nation.
3) Since around 1974, judges are shown by evidence to have illegally started
to make up their own laws to suit what is shown all too often to be for
their own evil purposes. In 1641 Oliver Cromwell abolished the evil system
of justice known as Star Chamber. Despite that Act of Parliament abolishing
the Star Chamber it is shown to have been illegally restored in our courts.
The fact that its abolition was so many years ago is irrelevant. Many of our
laws and the basis of them date back even further to the Magna Carta in
1215. Magna Carta law was backed up by Oliver Cromwell following the English
Civil Wars of the 1640's. This law has in effect been signed with the blood
of the many who have been slaughtered throughout the ages in upholding the
laws and principles of Magna Carta. The points briefly mentioned in 1)2)3)
above show that there is indeed a treason against the people of this nation
and being carried on by high authority.
4) The highest court in England is Parliament. Its Parliament who have a
paid public duty to uphold our laws and where necessary approve others.
They are now opting out of this their obligation. Tony Blair's colleague, Mr
Fraser Kemp MP, my former MP, learned of this fact when he forwarded on
bundles of indisputable evidence in my cases of the substantial and blatant
crimes used against me by our Establishment to, the Lord Chancellors
Department, the Home Office, the Parliamentary Commissioner and the Attorney
General. All denied any responsibility to act on that evidence. I then asked
Mr Kemp MP to raise these very serious matters affecting this nation, in the
House of Commons for and in the general public interest. In his letter of
reply he wrote that he is not permitted to raise issues in the House? I
published that letter. Mr Fraser Kemp MP was also an unwilling party to the
exposure of the fact that judges are now illegally being held to be above
the law. Police forces generally have been instructed not to act on matters
where judges carry out crime against their victims

The above matters mentioned in 1)2)3) and 4) above amount to a treason
against the people of this nation.
Those who are party to treason as mentioned above, are now liable for the
payment of damages of those who have been subject of it. The Law says this
not I. However, the difficulty is that as we don't have any independent or
impartial authorities to refer such damages claims to for resolution.
Perhaps by deliberately denying us of this right is one way the
Establishment is protecting itself against the treason it is using against
the people of this nation?
Prime Minister Mr Tony Blair, continues to ignore my damages claim made
against him, for his failing in the matter of the setting up of independent
and impartial tribunals or authorities established by law for the resolution
of our criminal or civil rights. My damages claimed against him are in the
process of being increased. This follows the extra mass of Establishment
crime that has been used against me leading up an attempt by Northumbria
Police Special Squad Officers to murder me by impaling me on a sword on the
night of 5/6th February 2003. On Monday 3rd February 2003 Northumbria Police
had stationed marksmen outside of my home at 16A The Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole,
Tyne Wear DH5 0HT when they laid what was. As circumstances show, was their
illegal siege of it and assisting the mass of judicial and other crime that
had brought that situation about .

shot by police marksmen. It was a policewoman named to me as Jo who saved
me from that fate. Police never shoot to wound and disable a person, but
always to kill them. One of the Special Squad police officers who saved my
life by dragging me away from his murdering colleagues while they were in
the process of impaling me on a sword. That murder attempt made on me was
witnesses by other Northumbria Special Squad police officers present at the
scene.
Tony Blair and the Home Office have over the years been informed of what
amounts to a mass of Establishment crimes that have been used against me
over the years, which also included the police murder attempt made on me
at my home on the night of 5/6th February 2003. They continue to ignore that
matter. Law states that where a person in public authority to act on such
crimes, and then fails or refuses to do that, they become a party to such
crime as if they had carried it out themselves. The law of Misconduct in
Public Office also applies here too. I implicate Prime Minister Mr Tony
Blair and Home Secretary David Blunkett in these crimes which of course also
now includes the murder attempt made on me during the night of 5/6th
February 2003 by Northumbria Police Special Squad Officers. Others are now
included in these matters.
Silencing whistle blowers is now all a part of crime being carried on by
our Establishment headed by Prime Minister Tony Blair. An authority who was
entitled to give an opinion on the murder attempt made on me, as mentioned
above, said that it was likely that had police shot me on the first night of
the siege of my home at Hetton-le-Hole, then they would have planted a gun
in my hand and have then claimed that I was armed. He also said that had the
police murder attempt made on me by impaling me on a sword on the night of
5/6th February 2003 succeeded, then police would have claimed that I had
committed suicide. I accept his opinion without any shadow of doubt. I am
all too familiar with the tactics that have been used against me over a
number of years by a police force headed by a Freemason like Mr Tony Blair.
Please send Mr Norman Scarth, a 78 year old man, a victim of judicial and
Establishment vengeance presently imprisoned and dying at Wolds Prison,
Everthorpe, Brough, East Yorkshire, a letter to help uplift his spirits.
Norman had won a case against the UK government in the European Court.
In Memory of Dr. David Kelly---The man who also knew too much and the
thousands of Iraqi people that were murdered in an illegal war against Iraq
carried on by the two B's. Please also remember the thousands of
Palestinian people living in a Hell and horror who have also been murdered,
that more especially over recent years. When they the Palestinians fight
against the injustice that they are also subject of and have nothing else
left to fight against it with, other than the use of themselves as human
bombs, then they are called terrorists! Who though are the real terrorists?
I cannot condone terrorism. I can however understand the reasons all too
often associated with the cause of it. The solution leading to the
elimination of terrorism is the path to justice for them. Deny them that
path and I am sure that it will continue. I, like many, seek a similar path
to justice, but in my case, it has only resulted in the attempt to murder me
that was carried out by UK Establishment paid murderers on the night of
5/6th February 2003. The Blair's and the Blunkett's of this world, who
continue to ignore this fact and others involving the use of serious crime
used against me and many others nation-wide, along with their own use of
treason and the knowledge of that being used daily against the people of
this nation, are they not also to be ranked as terrorists but as hypocrites
as well?
