You still so keen to get your chops around this chlorine-drenched chicken,
then, B?

Taking back control, at the cost of control of one’s own bowels from food
poisoning. Good work, Brian. Well played. *slow handclap*

Is your solution to drench it in chlorine, Brian?

I'm not sure what they do with fish, I suspect nothing and just hope for
the best (ie it the nematodes are killed when the fish is cooked).

Not much help if you like sushi and the fish isn't prepared correctly.

I've tried sushi but can't say I'm overly fond of it but I do like fish,
including things like crab, lobster, some shell fish. In fact we had
crab yesterday. I made kedgeree for brunch on Friday.

You should look at the research into stomach cancer problems in Japan
thought to be due to fish in their diet.

Is chlorine a carcinogen, Brian?

Scared of what? Eating chlorine or getting cancer?

What kind of “trendy food expert” have I pretended to be? How? When?
Genuine question, I’m fascinated to understand your thinking here, as it
seems that you’re saying that an aversion to consuming poisonous chemicals
is some kind of “trendiness”. This may be the oddest thing you’ve said so
far this week, OM.

The week is yet young, there's plenty of time for more of Reay's oddities.
