Hi All,

I have been having reiki healing for last five weeks and wondered if anyone
else has tried it.
I was hoping it would help my sleep pattern and to some extent it has but
not really significantly.
I am the type of person that bottles things up and does not get upset but
since having the reiki I have found it a lot easier to open up and am
dealing with issues I have in the present and from the past. I have cried a
lot, first time since I got ME 15 months ago and to be honest it makes me
feel better to let it all out.
Also, the reiki has helped with my anxiety, a bit.

I also tried aromatherapy, oh no, don't do it, I had full body massage, felt
like I had gone ten rounds with Tyson the next day, and the next day, and
the next day....

Anyway, hope everyone is ok (as ok as you can be with ME)

Shandy

Apart from crying because of the DD itself, I've found myself very
susceptible to tears since getting ill, and I wasn't before.

Hi Shandy

I can totally relate to your post about Reiki !!! I first started having
healing sessions (1 hr traditional) last year at this time and have found
the very same thing as you the tears just flow

My Reiki Master teacher came to my home but as she was moving to Scotland
I decided to take the Reiki 1 (that was in April) and can now self treat, I
am having Reiki 2 when she comes back in September.

It is helping and as I have learned Reiki always goes to where it is
needed the most ie. for your higher self and the greater good I

It is very relaxing and it is helping me cope a lot better, stuff that has
been bottled up for years is slowly coming out but it isn't an overnight
process

It is definitely working on my 3 cats !! they are so chilled out and when
I do my healing session (I lie on the couch) they just appear within minutes

anything you would like to ask please do I might not know it but I have
the book lol

take care
anne

I have also done my reiki one and it makes me really relaxed and chilled. I do
it when I cant sleep and I often fall asleep.

I would be interested to hear how you get on with the level 2

Reiki is a life changer. It brings things into it's proper place. It relights the inner you. Your new experiences will glow with LOVE...however it may shock you in the transition. It's all about YOU and your perdception of life..Reiki is process to become who you really are.
