Pleased that your Mum is recovering nicely from her op, yes it can be a bit

Oh that is good news! I was wondering earlier how she was getting on..no
doubt she will be running the ward by the weekend :-) Will she need extra
care when she gets home? Top of the words list for fast healing .

I'm totally stunned by her resilliance.
Running the ward?........you know my mum?? :)
We had reduced the home care to just the morning, plus a shopper, and
cleaner. Will have to review it on discharge. Thank you Boo :) :)
no thanks!! :)
Actually, I think it was something different to that. Arthroplasty
being as a result of arthritus. ?.
Arthroplasty is replacement of a joint with a prosthetic.
Jayne
eh.......right. More long words. :)

Good to hear Pete and if she can moan about the other patients that's a good
sign.

People will forget what you said.
People will forget what you did, but
People will never forget how you made them feel.

Glad thats over for your Mum Pete and that she feels well. I can remember
about some patients being `noisy`
had one in the ward where I was when I was in Hospital last!!

I knew it had something to do with replacement of a joint, but hadn't
realised it was just the one "half". I know Janet is waiting for
hemiarthroplasty of her shoulder, and wish for her sake they'd hurry up and
get her in!
