Joe I forgot what time you getting into Leeds, Do you want picking up ? etc
etc etc I will ring you tonight
Jen
Jen (and the others!) the gooses really did intend making it this year.
Unfortunately my health ain't what it ought to be and the travelling is
impossible for me.
It's repairs that continue, I'm not getting anything but better but it's
very restricting.
Have had an awful 12 months really - not seen Sandra at all this year.
But I'll be thinking of you all and joining in your merriment:-)
Have a lovely day:-)

Pam the inedible goose
We're in at 08:08 ish weather permitting. Would be nice to not have to
carry the bag around all day so a pick-up would be useful if that's OK.
I've looked at bus times but they don't look too good at that time on a
Saturday (but I could be wrong)
I can ring you on the landline if you want (free on my current calling plan)
Just gimme a time and I'll call you.

We will and we will raise a glass (or two) to you and everyone :) hic
Jen
I will text you when I am home and you can ring. I am out straight from work
(shoping) so won't be home till about 8 ish
Jen
I'm studying the weather, so far it's ok here , but not a good forecast :-(

Must be better your side of the river, it started with light hail just as
I stepped out the door, intending to take a several mile circular walk
delivering cards and presents. I changed my plans when the snow and sleet
started, and only did the very local ones.
Tomorrow, I splash out on a bus ticket, then deliver the cards, go
shopping, look at holiday decorations, visit dad, and anything else I can
manage within the validity of the ticket. :^)
Just had a really bad shower Ali, left a little on the ground, lets hope it
wont get any worse then that , but not so sure
> can
Hope you all have a lovely time in Leeds, have a drink for the rest of us
<g> (hehe you'll all be staggering home if you do!)
I'm just off out into the cold for drinks with a couple of friends...
trying to put of leaving the fire, even though it's only a couple of
hundred yards away!

Just looked out, and the snow lays round about, shallow and soggy and
uneven, but it will be like a skating rink by morning. Brrrrrr!

Now it's prper white all over.
I feel the same "Pam the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak" i have had
!or still got a bad
sciatica, doesent seem to get much better, and on the other side
Arthritisand just cannot
walk very well, but allways the optomist won't give in ! so hoping to be a
lot better in the New Year
please God..

Noreen
Doing her best :))))
Phlippineck, Noreen!
And I have the gall to moan!
I can sympathise with the sciatica, I have the same sort of thing, but to
have arthritis as well that's must be unbearable.
Dare I suggest rubbing coconut oil on the affected joints?
It helps me.
You can't give in, can you? If you do you'll be chair/bed ridden.
You're in my prayers, lass, more so than ever.
Thanks Pam didnt mean to moan ;-))I always say there are lots worse than me
You were *not* moaning, Noreen!
You were telling us why you couldn't make Leeds.
I posted something similar the other day ;-)
But you have a far bigger reason for not going than I do.
I can only hope Someone up there listens to our pleas for you.
I am sure there is Pam.
