Seems to be that the 'Will It Rain Today' website is being replaced by a
'Weather Pro' app.
Or have I been sleeping? Don't answer that!
I've obviously missed the intro but, (it seems to me) that the replacement
is in mid build state and not a patch on the original.
Or, ..... what button should I have pressed?

Whatever buttons you pressed, I seem to have pressed the same ones. As
you say, a work in progress. The overall result is a bit of a mess.

Time to look for an alternative weather/radar site?

Accuweather isn't bad and it has animated radar.

It depends on what you want to use it for.
If you just want to see the rain clouds and how they moves over the last
2 hours, www.raintoday.co.uk runs OK on my PC

Ah, right you are! The fiddlers seem to have retraced their steps.
Not quite back to normal but I can live with that. :-)

But note on the website (top left-ish) that the RainToday website will
still be discontinued at subscription expiration date (not sure when for
the free access) at which point they encourage you to go to WeatherPro.

I use the (free) RainToday app on my iPhone - not sure if/when that
might also cease.

I guess we need to keep using it pro tem whilst looking for a suitable
replacement.

I just leave the free one running on my PC so that I have it as a
wallpaper when I am not doing anything else. If they expect me to pay
for their offering, they have another think coming!
