Thought I would be able to do Foundation Acrylics at our local Community
Learning Center. But not to be.
So off to Bishop Auckland by bus. Then a good twenty minute walk up to the
proper College to enrol there. Not a nice walk in the winter. But one never
knows what might turn up in the shape of lifts :-)

Well it will all be worth it I am sure Bill and as you say, once you
have established friendships you could get a lift. Enjoy

Shame you couldn't do it closer to home, isn't there a bus up to the
college?
Enjoy the course and don't forget to let us see the results

Shame you will have to go so far for your classes Bill, but worth it as you
really enjoy it, perhaps you will be able to get a lift once you get to know
someone else going there.

Hi Jen, Boo and Jackie.
Well I have enrolled.
Like you say there may be someone who goes my way and fellow students always
seem to be an obliging lot.
Then there is my oldest daughter if I get stuck.

walk

Sorry you will have to walk Bill but as you say you may meet someone who
will offer a lift.
I am sure you will enjoy the classes though and look forward to seeing
examples of your work
