Only in Special Characters in Times new Roman
‽.

Alt+8253 doesn't work for me.

When I read Pete's post I tried a good few methods and none worked.

When I read your post, I opened up a new Word Document and applied the
font Lucida Sans Unicode. Then held down ALT and typed 8252 using the
numerical keypad - and it worked!

All I need now is a use for "‽".

Computers certainly help to waste time‽

Thank you Oliver. Apparently, It was common in the 60's. Used instead of
'Are you joking?!' or similar.

What is it? Was my first thought and then Google threw this up

". Few modern typefaces or fonts include a glyph for the interrobang
character. The standard interrobang is at Unicode code point U+203D ‽
interrobang (HTML: ‽). The inverted interrobang is at Unicode code point
U+2E18 ⸘ inverted interrobang.Single-character versions of the
double-glyph versions are also available at code points U+2048 ⁈
question exclamation mark and U+2049 ⁉ exclamation question mark.

The interrobang can be used in some word processors with the alt code
Alt+8253 when working in a font that supports the interrobang, or using
an operating system that performs font substitution.

It's not widely supported. Look through your font list character pallet
to see which fonts do. That will give you the keyboard shortcut.
In HTML it's ‽

If you plan on sending it in an email or similar electronic means, the
recipient may not see it if they don't have a suitable font installed or
the application used to view it does not support it.
