Mornin' from a cool, very damp but brightening day here in South
Yorkshire. We've had lots of rain earlier but that has ceased for the
time being leaving everything, under foot and paw, sodden through.
Temperature out there is 6C, feeling more like 5C with the light,
gusty, up to 15 mph wind from the WSW. Barometric pressure is still
plummeting at 979.9 mB and RH is showing as 90%. Forecast is for it to
cloud over with lots of rain throughout the afternoon. Lighter cloud in
the evening should see the rain subside considerably. Temperature,
having peaked at 7C, feeling like 4C will fall to an overnight low of
2C, feeling like -2C. Have the best day that you can and stay safe.
Sootie was up, breakfasted and out by 09:15, back at 10:30 and
snoozing on my bed at 10:45. After Tabby's supper last night, I
don't expect to see her here again whilst the rain is here.
