Can anybody refer me to someone with expertise in installing loop systems.
I am on the Isle of Sheppey, North Kent.
I have recently taken over a Church here, and we have a loop and the special
amplifier in place, but no-one seems to know what steps are necessary to
finally link them all together.

To avoid unnecessary build-up on the newsgroup, please feel free to mail me
directly.

Many thanks

No problem with posting this sort of question and answer on the newsgroup,
as it's pretty much on-topic as far as I can see.

The RNID may be a good place to ask if no-one comes up with specific
suppliers. I believe that their trading and technical section, Sound
Advantage actually provide a loop installation consultancy service.

Having just replied to this I actually got round to reading it. I suppose
that an audio engineer of some sort would probably be a good bet. The
RNID used to publish a leaflet detailing the design considerations for
loop systems that would probably be useful to an engineer/electrician who
had no specific experience with induction loops.

I have a friend, Frank McGloughlin, who is a sound engineer specialising
in Church loop systems. He travels the country installing/maintaining
them.
Franks' tel. no. is: 0191-2850391 (That's Tyneside)
