Professor Sir John (Jack) Dewhurst, FRCOG, FRCSE, Professor of
Obstetrics and Gynaecology, University of London, at Queen Charlotte's
Hospital for Women, 1967-85, since when Professor Emeritus, died 1
December, 2006, at Harefield, at the age of 86. He is survived by Lady
Dewhurst (the former Hazel Mary Atkin) whom he married in 1952, and
children, Charles, Alan and Mary.
Requiem Mass at St Paul's Catholic Church, Merle Avenue, Harefield, 7
December, 2006.
