For those who haven't seen it, Frank's chat show is an amiable enough affair
with a bunch of "older" musicians as the house band.

The Skinnerettes (as he calls them) are required to play some appropriate
piece of walk-on music for each guest and an ensemble piece for Frank and
the guests to sing at the end of the show.

The band have turned their hands to pop, jazz, rock, punk; in fact
*anything* that seemed appropriate.

While Ronnie's been away ill, a number of slightly super-annuated rock
drummers have been sitting in to slightly humorous effect when they have to
play the blander stuff.

Following up my own posting, the "Gold for Grown-Ups" radio programme on the
BBC local stations in the South and East has just played a nice tribute to
Ronnie; the Ted Heath Orchestra, with him on drums, playing "Sloppy Joe's".
