Christopher Tennant, friend of the Royal Family and a former Page of
Honour to Queen Elizabeth II, has died. He was 52.

Old Etonian Mr Tennant died at The London Clinic, 12 June, 2003. He
was a nephew of the Hon Sir Angus Ogilvy, husband of Princess
Alexandra.

He was born 16 June, 1950, the second son of Sir Iain Tennant, Knight
of the Thistle, of Lochnabo House, Elgin, Morayshire, cousin of Lord
Glenconner, by his wife, the former Lady Margaret Helen Isla Marion
Ogilvy, second daughter of the 12th Earl of Airlie, KT.

Mr Tennant was a Page of Honour to the Queen, 1964-66.

He married in 1994, Mrs Andrea Lewis, the youngest daughter of Donald
Payne.

He leaves a widow and two children, Andrew and Flora.

The funeral is to be held at St Michael's, Chester Square, London, 23
June, 2003.
