Lady Spratt, who died in London, on 27 January, 2002, was the wife of
Sir Greville Douglas Spratt, GBE, Lord Mayor of London, 1987-88.

She was the former Sheila Farrow Wade, youngest daughter of Joseph
Wade, of The Old Mill, Langstone, Hampshire, and married Sir Greville,
an underwriting member of Lloyds, in 1954. She was the mother of three
