I am shopping for energy suppliers again and coming up short. I'd like
something rather green but I also want to pay on receipt and so far I am
not having much luck. For example, Ecotricity are expensive, Fischer
don't seem to do any green gas, but Bulb and Tonik seem all about the
automatic debits. Can I get reasonable prices _and_ pay-on-receipt from
anybody?

I've noticed decreasing availability of pay-on-receipt in general - it
limits my choice of telephone company too. It's getting nearly as bad as
trying to get paper billing - paperless is all very nice until one needs
proofs of address for organizations who don't accept home printouts.
