He is ANDREW WILLIAM JOHN BUTT and he has many eBay accounts which he uses
to increase his positive rating to cover the negative feedback he constantly
receives.
For example cryptiensis2004 (5959), if you check all his feedback as a BUYER,
he has bought hundreds of "wima capacitor 3.3uf 750v" from c.i.l0773 (2526)
who in return bought back hundreds of "wima 3.3uf 750v polyester capacitor"
from cryptiensis2004 (5959).
It's pretty obvious it's the same guy boosting his positives. If you go
further with the research he also has other username: 4ucc24 ( 4458),
all-4-u-24-7 (697); molinoelettronica (14) and maybe others. He keeps buying
"wima capacitor 3.3uf 750v" back and forth from one account to another.
It always takes less then one hour from the time he list the capacitors
until he buys it and leaves positive feedback with different accounts. The
items location is always FENSTANTON or WOODHURST, Cambridgeshire PE28 3BT
United Kingdom.
As a bonus, on his accounts he replies to negative and neutral feedback by
insulting and threatening other users then covers it up buy leaving more
positive feedback from his other accounts.
I advise all of you to avoid this guy, you have been warned.

Yes, an old favourite. If he's ripped you off, why not grass him up to
the taxman? Someone who's fiddling one thing is very likely to be
fiddling another....

And you know those double-glazing and insurance and book club cards that
fall out of magazines?
They can SO easily have a person's home details entered onto them and then
find themselves being sent to the companies.
And you KNOW those companies all share their databases, especially if the
person sending them in doesn't check the box to opt out...

At school, back in the fifties, we used this technique to target a
class member who was making too many "disclosures" to the headmaster.
When the head arrived in the classroom flexing his cane (a van had
apparently made its way across the Pennines - this was long before the
M62 came into being - on a foggy November evening to conduct a sewing
machine demo), and demanded that the perpetrator own up, the whole
class rose (an "I am Spartacus" moment, if ever).
After having a spitting and spluttering rant about the issue, he
decided he wasn't up to beating all thirty of us, so we got away with
it.
