£8.99 - Royal Mail Standard Parcels
for a memory card that could be sent first class mail for 42 pence
I know I know I don't have to buy and the postage is clearly visible , but
surely this is breaking big-time eBay's rules???
Maybe they live on a remote island north of Scotland and the 24 hour
round trip to the post office, at a minimum wage rate, has been
included. :-)

Never heard of people travelling to the UK just to use our Royal Mail. But I
suppose the Vikings could return for a spot of rape, pillage and postage.:0)

I've just bought two items from a Hong Kong seller. One for 99p and
another for 69p.
With P&P the total was about £15 :-)
They arrived about two weeks later, and the postage was something like
$75HK - I have no idea how much that is!
The build quality of the 69p item wasn't great, but it does the job
adequately.
The total cost was less than a third of what it would have cost me in
a UK shop, and I've left appreciative positive feedback for both
items.

Humbug
According to www.xe.com, 75 HK dollars is just over 5 pounds.
Do ebay care? Since the " no surcharge" came in it's a free for all.
You have to READ the listing and then WE can bid if WE think it is fair.
Some items can be 00.01P with say £15 P+P.
If you want to bid then pay this P+P!
Ebay don't seem to give a dam
Report them, see what it will do.
Please remember Ebay are in it for PROFIT.
Stupit people have to watch out for the signs saying "Please mind the gap",
"wet floor" .......etc
yours (rather obtuse)
