Cheap shipping from the US

myself yet (been buying a bit of stuff from the US of late, so I might
well, soon)
Gives you a US postal address so your purchases are sent there, avoiding
costly overseas rates, and then when you decide there's enough, it's
shipped out in one consolidated load.
Obviously no good if you want something urgently, and I think you might
have some Customs hassles if all of a sudden you discover your dozen
individual purchases add up to over the duty-free limit, but...
.. anyone tried it?

Not tried it but any time I've bought from the States via ebay I've
always asked the seller to mark as a gift.
No problems so far (1)
