Yes - getting slower and slower, and finally ground to a halt :-(

TFFT, I was becoming convinced that it was just me.

I can sign in and get to my ebay page but doing a search generates a
timeout.

Yes, exactly the same here - I rebooted my PC, convinced it was my
problem, then read the message, so realised it wasn't at my end :-)

Yup. MyEbay works but any buying categories or searches don't. Firefox
says: "Connection Interrupted The document contains no data. The
network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please
try again."

Yes, almost unusable at times, blank pages, unresponsive etc.

Seems to be back up now, for anyone that went away to do Something
Else

It's back up and running here too. However, just skimming through a few
of my regular searches shows that a whole load of listings have just
disappeared. The listings haven't just ended, they've gone. The worst
part being that all of my listings have disappeared if I do a search for
them or go into one of my listings on my eBay then click through using
'See other items'. Not good :-( Looks like something has been seriously
wrong over at eBay Towers. I hope they have some good backups to work
with. If my stuff is still missing in the morning, I will be on the
phone to eBay for an explanation as they all finish tomorrow.

Cheers

All seems fine this morning. I'm just glad that I didn't have anything

Except that BIN items don't appear until way, way down the search results.

Looks like somebody has been playing with the search algorithm again.

Serious stuff. I wouldn't like to be the person responsible for this.

Yeah, seems okay now.

I'd be mightily pissed off if I had items ending last night though.

Appears impossible to specify size in searching clothing categories.

And that annoucement page won't load for me!

Not here, a number of categories have no search function.
E.G. the gf wanted some boots, you can narrow it down quite well
normally, pick size, colour, heel height, etc. That is not possible this
morning. She says clothing is the same too.
