Security Message - Fake ???

Hi Everyone

I received this a few days ago
it seems genuine but I'm AMAZED that ebay appear to be asking for user ID
and password in an email

I clicked the update button after leaving all fields blank - it seemed to go
to the same ebay sign in address as usual

Fake the certainly message is.

Just to confirm - I did NOT fill in any personal details

I just wanted to confirm it was a scam - the point is even though I'm aware
of the various scams, I still thought this one 'could' of been genuine

Ebay have now said it is 'likely to be a spoof'
