Turbo Lister for re listing?

I've got a load of model railway bits and pieces I'm selling and have
used Turbo Lister to create and upload the first batch of listings.
Assuming that some items don't sell, I seem to remember from the past
the eBay sometimes (always) offer a re listing for free or reduced
cost.

Can I use Turbo Lister to resubmit these, amending start prices,
shipping etc as necessary before I do, or do I have to make any
changes on the site itself before re listing them? Any pitfalls to
watch out when doing this, that might cause eBay to just treat it as
new listing?

Thanks, David.

From what I recall when I used to do this, you can't use Turbolister safely.
If you want to be sure of getting the so-called free listing, relist on
line.
