Winning bidder slams a bid in at the last minute, just outbidding a
trader.
I look at his FB and sigh.

New account, already managed to get a neg, evidence of shill bidding:
three word-perfect identical feedbacks from three different users, one
of whom is now NARU'd. That looks like hom getting his mates to bid up
stuff, but I'm willing to entertain alternative explanations.
He says he'll come to "check the bike out". I point out that he's bid to
buy, and if he thinks the description is wrong, then he's entitled to
leave it, but otherwise he buys, whereupon he doesn't even turn up but
tells me to offer it to the next bidder.
Trader was outbid by a tenner, sounds utterly genuine, and wants a
Second Chance offer, which he's getting.
I do wish sellers could still neg buyers. NPB filed, of course.
