It most likely means you have had spoof email from someone who wants your

Are you sure it's genuine? Some spoofs offer this invite to obtain your ID
and password. Login to eBay as normal (not via any link) and see if you
really qualify.

I never get invited to be a power seller despite near 1000+ feedback (no
negs or neutrals) and £1700 sales in the last period. I do however get lots
of spoof ones and always check in just in case, but alas, all spoofs so far.
