Seems to me you would be very well advised to turn up to the next
employment review with an employment law specialist: a few quid on the
right kind of lawyer, to remind the investigatress of her obligations as
the representative of your employers, seems in order. I'm sure that Nettie
at Liberty, who was so instrumental in the Whiplash case, can put you in
the right directin and make sure that your employers are aware of the
risky territory they have already crossed. Constructivre Dismissal on

having not been privvy to the initial thread, im picking up as i understand
it......
i think keith got his point across wif the multiple post system, worked fine
for him(grin).
just want to say.. i have been part of an audience viewing the fire play...and
enjoyed it thoroughly. i was at a neverwhere doo, and the only things used or
at least there to be used were the fire extinguishers (very low ceiling).
indeed its entertainment, indeed women are 'shown' fire and flame (and a bit of
smoke), damn good i say.
as to what other vilification is going on again, perhaps someone will explain??
