It is longstanding practice within uk.* to remove any group that has
stopped being used. By managing our group list in this way it helps
keep the hierarchies credibility amongst news admins. Unless people
respond to this I will write a Request for Discussion for the groups
removal. I would also like to write to the parent organisation asking
their view but am having difficulty identifying it.
