Eh? It's got 476 lines of content.

It's in multipart/digest form, a standards-compliant method of posting a
message which contains several distinct sections (in this case, each
question is a section). It may be that your news software is too limited to
cope with that. In which case, you should consider upgrading.

Well, you did rather invite it by assuming that there was something wrong
with an article which gets posted regularly and with which nobody else
seems to have problems. The possibility that it might be a problem your end
would normally be the first thing to check under such circumstances.
