At the Disney Hollywood tour, we ate at the Brown Derby
It purports to be near imitation of the one in Hollywood
Plenty of caricatures all over
They sell a lot of the Cobb Salad as that's where it was invented,
they say
But I had a really good salmon with Brussel Sprouts
with bacon
I also found there's another potato added to the endless list of
potato choices beyond Idaho -- boniata
