I had a reply, which said:
"It would appear that the e-mail has gone out in error to all customers,
so I apologise for this. Could you possibly forward me the e-mail,
however, so I can take a look at this incorrect account number?"
So I did that, and had a further reply saying:
"It woud appear a second account was set up on that e-mail address in
error at some point. I've checked and can confirm that no packages were
ever applied, nor did we hold any financial details or take any payments
on the account.
"I have now deleted this to avoid future confusion."
So two separate errors were involved, which isn't very encouraging,
though when I emailed Gradwell about it it was handled very efficiently.
