Extract from the latest email from Gradwell:

Our engineers will be performing essential maintenance between 20:00 on
09/11/2017 and 06:00 on 10/11/2017.

The following services should be considered at risk for the duration of
the maintenance:
- Hosted VoIP
- Outbound IAX calls
- Gradwell Cloud websites
- Gradwell Cloud control panel
- Legacy Cloud email service
- Legacy Cloud websites

I thought the distinction that Gradwell always drew was between the
Legacy system and the Cloud system. But now we have "Gradwell Cloud" and
"Legacy Cloud". By "Legacy Cloud" I assume that they just mean "Legacy",
which I wouldn't have thought any of their customers were still on by
now anyway.

Just two possible scenarios on the basis of 'your guess as as good as
mine':

Perhaps any remaining 'Legacy System' customers have been migrated to
a "Legacy Cloud" system whether they like it or not, or even know that
they have? Legacy Cloud being a basic version of Gradwell Cloud?

Another possibility is they call the Legacy System "Legacy Cloud"
because, if I remember correctly, the customer access is via a limited
set of panels similar to those of the Gradwell Cloud, the old set of
legacy panels being dead in the water?

So far as I can tell, I'm still on the Legacy platform.

It's comprehensively broken at the moment (in this maintenace window) web-
sites are returning 403 errors and I can't collect email with POP3.

Everything seemed to recover around 01:05.
