Just two possible scenarios on the basis of 'your guess as as good as
mine':
Perhaps any remaining 'Legacy System' customers have been migrated to
a "Legacy Cloud" system whether they like it or not, or even know that
they have? Legacy Cloud being a basic version of Gradwell Cloud?
Another possibility is they call the Legacy System "Legacy Cloud"
because, if I remember correctly, the customer access is via a limited
set of panels similar to those of the Gradwell Cloud, the old set of
legacy panels being dead in the water?
