Migration problems

It seems pickaweb do not default to using postmaster@ as
the catch-all address as usual. They have a "default"
account instead but you can change the default to a more
standards compliant postmaster@

They also managed to transfer my subdomain.domain.tld
over correctly but lost the root domain pages, placed
one of the subdomain sites in the root and lost the
other subdomain contents completely.

As per others experience, they only supplied details
for the account log-in and the email accounts. I had
to ask them for the cpanel address and login details.

Considering we got no notice of the sell off to
Pickaweb and poor migration experience, I'm not a
happy bunny right now and especially not happy
with being shit on by Peter Gradwell after all
these years. I can only assume he was worried at
loss of business or reputation if he'd given advance
notice of the sell-off. Well, his reputation is
stuffed as far as I'm concerned.

Pickaweb are also not in the highest esteem with me
right now, but they can still try to earn my respect.

We'll see.
