Transfer of Gradwell Cloud Services / Hosting to Pick-A-Web

Since this journey began in 1998, Gradwell has evolved from an initial focus on web development and hosting, to a more diverse portfolio of services. Today our core offering is our voice platform and having recently conducted a strategic review, we have taken the decision to concentrate solely on voice and connectivity.
We have written to all our customers, and I thought I would drop a note in here, to inform you that having considered all the options, we have decided to sell our web hosting assets to Pickaweb Limited (“Pickaweb”), a hosting specialist. As a result, with effect from today, your account and billing records will be transferred to Pickaweb. You will shortly receive a welcome email from Pickaweb, containing new contact and login details. As a part of the transition process, you will be required to agree new terms and conditions of service with Pickaweb.
We have chosen to work with Pickaweb because they run a modern, UK-based hosting platform and have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Pickaweb have a innovative hosting portfolio that will deliver improvements to the service and offer the reliability you have come to expect of Gradwell’s hosting services.
On a personal note, many of you have been very long standing customers, and I’d like to thank you for your business over the years.
