It's not trolling, it's completely on-topic, and it doesn't contravene
the moderation policy. Having a stupid name is not disallowed, nor is
being bizarrely obssessed with North Korea.

I see a link to a news report, quotes therefrom for context and a couple
of legally relevant questions.

On what grounds do you suggest the post should have been rejected?
"Posting using a username which some might consider questionable" is not
in the current moderation policy as a means for rejection. Are you
asking for it to be added?
