Just got a copy of Nicks new Album " Kiss my stupid mouth " .Residing
in York and recorded over a series of 30 Fridays , the only day in the
week Nick had access to a PC ! . All home made . Nick sung and played
all instruments , and i think you will agree he really has something
interesting to offer . .........

Funny you should mention that Pablo , i happen to know Frank Dunnery is
ranting and raving about this guy . and to mimic a band like It Bites
is no mean feat . The other tracks on the album are all It Bitesy but
refreshingly clever , i just love this guys approach to the electric
guitar .

Incidentally Frank Dunnery is currently earning his bread and butter
doing concerts in peoples homes . Anybody can book him . You pay your
£500 or £600 quid and he comes along , makes himself comfy in your
sitting room , and plays his set on Acoustic ( Taylor ) . He takes
requests and really plays like a god .

Funny, I heard the exact same said about Ray Davies about 25 years
ago. Except the "playing like a god", and the guitar make.

Hi Chris,
Thought i'd better clear this up..

It's no claim, it WAS my PC we used to record 'Kiss My Stupid Mouth',
'Godspeed', and 'Anhedonia', in my flat in Harrogate, UK, (Nick actually
lives in Harrogate) and I was responsible for engineering, mixing,
co-producing and finally mastering the finished product. So there you go!
Unfortunately we were half way through recording a 4th album when i had to
relocate to London, but we're hoping to finish it at some point in the
future.

Nick's a great friend, fantastic musician, and good drinking mate.

Best regards,

Jamie Valentine

No worries Chris, sorry i haven't replied sooner, having a bit of trouble
with my 'net access!

Anyway, the best thing to do about getting hold of any of Nicks stuff is to
send Gaz McKenzie a message through Nicks MySpace page - he's the guy who's
running Nicks page, and also deals with selling Nicks cd's.

Any problems, let me know, and i'll ring Nick and find out whats going on.

All the best,

Jamie
