Wuthering Heights guitar solo?

The Kate Bush 'Wuthering Heights' track was playing in Borders last
week and the interesting solo lasted much longer than I expected. The
track was from a compilation with the WH track length of near 5
minutes. I'm thinking the solo was played by either Tim Renwick or Ian
Bairnson (I'd bet more on Bairnson, but I'm not sure). Is the
compilation track longer than the original album track?

If it was a track from the Kate Bush best of called "The Whole Story"
then KB re-recorded the vocals and the track is about half a minute
longer than the original single version. This extra time is, indeed,
all due to the guitar solo being left to run on.

Unfortunately, for the best-of they drowned the whole track in some
rather obnoxious and excessive reverb, making it sound as if the whole
band, orchestra and Ms Bush had been crammed into a Victorian public
toilet.................

I'd just like to take this opportunity to say that I wish KB would
make another album.

It's been far too long.
