Well I must admit to being a little confused.

In 35 years as a Physicist I have yet to even hear of let alone understand
the concept of 'rotational velocity'.

Can you explain in terms that a young Vietnamese child might understand?

'Rotation' is the Cartesian description of the property of a body to move
about a single axis.

'Velocity' is the Cartesian description of the vector analysis of speed and
direction of a body.

Before we argue any further, can we agree on that, or would you prefer to
state a more obvious foundation using your own tested criteria?
