It could well be responding in that matter because there are
problems with the automated booking and billing computers
not with the details you have entered.
It could also be generic responses to server trouble it would
make a change from a string of characters and code or a plain
404 message:)

It could also be someone at your address has had Sky installed once and your
address is already in there.
You phone and Sky can say "where our frickin' money!"
It's an internet SCAM!
I had that problem last week, so I rang Sky and told them I'd been trying to
take advantage of the internet offer. They put it through for me at £1 over
the phone. Had it installed Friday, just waiting for my viewing card now
(apparently it was posted on April 1st)
