One was held in Cambridge pre season 3, and lasted for about 12 hours,
without even showing all the arc episodes.

As I mentioned earlier, I spent the weekend 'Babbing out', so all I can say
to you is: If you must do, get lots to eat and drink, take lots of, wee
breaks, and enjoy!
For what its' worth, there is my list of recommended episodes so that
everyone can shoot me down in flames:
Midnight otFL (Great way to introduce the characters) Then jump to:
Mind War and/or And the Sky Full of Stars (If you are taking your time)
Signs and Portents
A Voice in the Wilderness 1 & 2 (Maybe)
Babylon Squared (Beware it has aged badily)
Chrysalis
Then
Points of Departure (I guess, it is ages since I have seen it)
The Coming of the Shadows (A MUST, it is still great)
All Alone in the Night (Again, a maybe)
In The Shadow of Z'ha'dum
Divided Loyalties (Maybe not pure 'arc' but way cool)
The Long, Twilight Struggle (Wham!)
The Fall of Night
Finally
Matters of Hono(u)r
Voices of Authority
(Plus: Messages From Earth, Point of No Return, and Servered <WHAM> Dreams.
Er, not that I said that or anything.)
Now having done that I expect everyone to disagree with me, so I will cover
myself by saying, it all depends on what the arc turns out to be about.
That list is mostly Shadow-related stuff, and very much the bare minimum.
Enjoy
Andrew

I could write something poignant here, but would you really care?
Well I'd say that Comes the Inquisitor must slot in the S2 eps -
although disliked by many (and liked by many too) it did have a heck of
a lot to say about the methods the Vorlons will use and build the
characters for the future - I'd say it had a strong arc component.
oh and The one with the technomages [was it Geometry of Shadows - I
forget].

Spoilers for Exogenesis...
Nearly there
For example in Exogenesis there is the c. 3 minutes of Marcus talking to
his contacts about Shadow movements etc, does this make it an arc
episode? And what about character development, does Corwin's promotion
make it an arc episode (only time will tell). That's enough of my
pedantic philosopher's personality!
