The actor Bruce Seaton was born in 1909. Does anyone know his exact
date of birth and the town/city he was born in?

I don't. But if we're thinking of the same actor, you have spelt his
name wrong! It's Seton not Seaton. He died in 1969 and was best known
for his TV series Fabian Of The Yard, though he often played servicemen
in war films. Actually, I think he might have been Sir Bruce Seton.
