That aside it's very entertaining - even more so that they have more
staff especially the three hard working girls they have now. The blonde
woman who does all the welding ( the two lads have had poor welds fail a
few times) the woman with dyed red hair who seems to be doing
*everything* and the woman with the glasses that takes it more seriously.

Blimey that's going back a bit! Two of them left ages ago and only the
only with the red hair is left.
But she's extremely fat at the moment due to being very pregnant.

I think it's because they always seem to have ad breaks at five minutes
to the hour on Quest.

Yes, it's almost as if they are trying to get sad lonely geeks to watch the
show *ahem* I do like the one with glasses, who apparently got on the show
by winning a competition.
Apparently in a future episode of American Hot Rod, a rather attractive
young lady gets a job in the workshop, but then gets sacked by the bosses
wife. But she's not just a pretty face as she really seems to know her
stuff. I think I'm in love...

Well, "at the moment" in telly terms, but she dropped her sprog back in
June.

But at least the girls can *actually* do things. My daughters like
watching , it's filled the 8pm slot perfectly. They are interested in
the making of the things and the problem solving. No geeks here!

Sure those last two sentences contradict each other? :)
There another good show on Quest at 6:00pm called A Chopper Is Born. It's
about this British guy building a kit helicopter and I find it fascinating!
Bizarrely it's being built by Mark Evans who is vet (of the animal type)
used to present Pet Rescue! Personally I wouldn't get into a chopper that
had been built by a vet, but there you go.
