1. Bev McLoughlin: arsonist. Set fire to Casa BevRon (NO. 8 Brookside
Close)and subsequently set fire to the womens' hostel in which she was
living when Social Services removed her son from her custody.
2. Dave Burns: drug dealer, drug addict, murderer(?). Chief of
operations for the drugs department of Alaisdair Finnegan's criminal
empire. Masterminded all the drug dealing for the Finnegans; cocaine
addict, himself. About to embezzle mega amounts of money from Bev.
Responsible for the murder(?) of Callum Finnegan.
3. Dr. Darren Roebuck: malpractice and sexual harassment. Malpractice
because he puts Jimmy Corkhill, a known substance abuser, on a repeat
prescription of anti-depressant and does not follow up with
supervision/counselling referral; acts as *consultant* to the Murrays
in their infertility investigations and prescribes Clomid to Di(re)
Murray, without sufficiently investigating the causes (if any) of her
infertility - Clomid is a drug, which - if prescribed wantonly in this
manner - could result in an ectopic pregnancy of the largest
proportions. Repeatedly snogs women patients in his surgery. OK, they
are willing participants, but everyone knows that as quick as anything
the two women in question (Victoria and Susannah) could turn on a trice
and complain of indecent and unseemly behaviour for a physician.
4. Leanne Powell: prostitution, soliciting, GBH (in blinding Jacqui
Dixon). Has criminal record and has served time in prison (a rarity on
Brookside never to be repeated).
5. Emily Shadwick: credit card fraud, theft, robbery, intimidation,
breaking and entering, vandalism, grand theft auto, downloading of
pornographic material from the internet onto a personal computer,
libel, distribution of pornographic material and abusive post.
5. Jerome Johnson: driving without due care and attention (resulting in
a prang with Ryan Musgrove's car), then leaving the scene of an
accident and lying about the incident, as well as respraying his car to
hide the evidence.
6. Nikki Shadwick: Lied re the above as she was witness to the incident.
7. Tim O'Leary: See 5 above, as well as joy-riding.
8. Mick Johnson: responsible for the mercy killing of his mother-in-
law. About to commit bigamy if his marriage with Susannah Morrisey
takes place, as he is still legally married to Elaine (whereabouts
unknown).
9. Leo Johnson: See 6 above.
10. Ron Dixon: Illegal connection of gas appliance to gas mains which
resulted in the first explosion on The Parade.
11. Mike Dixon: Benefits fraud.
12. Jimmy Corkhill: theft, robbery, breaking and entering, drug
dealing, drug abuser, fraud.
13. Lindsey Corkhill: theft, possession of illegal firearm, drug
dealing, embezzlement.
14. Marty Murray(?): What happened to the first Mrs. Murray?

Prostitution isn't illegal, not here in Scotland anyway - perhaps it is
in Liverpool. Up here, both soliciting and operating a brothel (two or
more girls working in the same premises) are illegal, but acting as a
prostitute is not.
Also, include 'vandalism', as she put a brick through Jackie Corkhill's
window.

He also organized a violent gang of thugs during the mini 'race wars',
witnessing if not participating in a fight that resulted in permanent
disability for a member of the other gang.

And attempted murder! You always forget that one, hehe!

I thought the first explosion was in Jimmy's bargain shop?
> 14. Marty Murray(?): What happened to the first Mrs. Murray?
15. Trona: What happened to the baby in America?
16. Old Mother Hubbard (Raymondo's mum), Leanne, Lance, Ron Dixon, Mike
Dixon: Slander?

But there were no witnesses and no proof. It would only have been
Jackie's word against Leanne's.

Very true. And Leo Johnson, about to become a policeman, himself,
gained a caution from this act.

Wasn't watching then. First REAL BIG explosion.

This storyline was never pursued, and that was strange. At first she
said she had to return to the UK because the baby's FATHER got ill.
Then she later amended the story to say that HER father was ill, which
was why she had to return. Then there was a problem with references
from the couple in the US because they had *moved*. I wasn't sure last
year whether they were trying to initiate an abusive nanny story or
whether it was meant to portray Susannah as an abusive parent, seeing
that Harry wasn't her natural child. I don't think Brookside knew,
themselves!

Lance is deffo a dark horse here.
Jimmy's bargain shop going up *was* a big explosion. I can vividly
remember it now. The whole shop was destroyed in a massive orange
fireball.
Gray.
Yep, she was guilty of soliciting, which is illegal both in England and
in Scotland.
