Another case of 'perhaps it was all bad dream', but I think she already is a
lapdancer.

AFAIR - The night she first came in, Derek was making small talk with her
and said "so what do you do?" and she half whispered/mouthed 'lapdancer'. He
did that sort of 'ohhhhhhh' thing and the camera went away to someone else.
