dolf: In making a decision to move to the country in proximity to where
I was born, some 230 kms from Melbourne a city of 3.4+ million people. I
was well aware when purchasing a small cottage in Briagolong, that the
locality only consisted of a very small population of 580, and therefore
specific employment prospects are somewhat difficult. Whilst country
life is very appealing and free for me at the present time, I didn't
imagine that it would be so for everyone--I was fully expectant of a
transition period as I made new friends, but this should have been easy
as I already have family established here.

On 30th April 2005, after signing, a 'Contract Note' on the purchase of
this property in the Gippsland region of country Victoria, I went to the
local pub in order to determine how amenable, civil and decent the
residents of the town were-OR SHOULD I SAY WEREN'T.
There was verbal abuse, coercion and menacing to which I was subject
that evening, relating to my sovereign and autonomous right to gender
and sexuality identity as a religious/political value which is inclusive
of 'self'. At one point the bloke who was engaged in most of the
invective, who identified himself as a local identity known as 'Macca'
MacKenzie of 27 Forbes Street, Briagolong was then himself the centre of
attention as several of the lads of about 20 years of age directed a
litany of 'You're the dog!' and 'You're the man!' to the individual.
What I found particularly offensive was the inability of the male
population there to adequately distinguish between homosexuality as a
lawful and consensual sexual activity and those who engage in unlawful
sexual activity such as paedophiles.
That the subject of my being a gay man was being publicly referenced as
a question and I was being disapprovingly subject to social exclusion,
excoriation and disadvantage as a result of an innate attribution of
humanity. This is despite our own law reform within circa 1982. Before
then it was also considered illegal. That it was an issue, over which I
had to contend with in the public sphere, is no guarantee I wont be
subsequently free of any further impunity to my own autonomous right.
On 9 July 2005 whilst still domiciled in Melbourne, I read an online
edition of the Australian Newspaper, that a person was fatally injured
crossing the road, after leaving a local country Hotel (a pub situated)
at about 1820 hours on that Saturday night. Although it wasn't
expressed within the news article, I considered at the time that perhaps
it was the same Hotel I went to, in order to meet the locals to gauge
their congeniality toward gay individuals as a consideration in
purchasing my cottage.
The publican raised by his lament as concerns regarding the licensing
laws being such, that in the event of an exigency as the death of a
patron, it would, due to administrative circumstances, be very difficult
for them to obtain an exemption from the restrictions which are rigidly
enforced, within sufficient time for any funeral.
He had given a disapproving glance of my 30 April 2005 purchase for Mr.
MacKenzie, of a departing beer as sop (ie. a thing of no great value
given or done as a concession to appease someone whose main concerns or
demands are not being met).

of 70 Foster Street, Sale Victoria, I objected to the erection of an
informal and unauthorised stone memorial to Mr. MacKenzie is an affront
and a disloyalty to duty to State that ought to be removed:

I have by correspondence dated 27 March 2007 as application made under
section 51(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 1982, requested that the
Chief Commissioner of Police undertake a review of a decision as
response to my letter dated 28 April 2006 and 12 May 2006 initiating
request for documents relating to my arrest on ANZAC Day 25 April 2006.
The arresting member Senior Constable Peter Andrews 16298 cannot now
give an adequate explanation as to how my natural and common law
compliant Intellectual Property as GRAPPLE Homoiotic Noumenon should as
an explanation of force as a category of understanding of Telos=#237
should so mimic the circumstances of his USE OF FORCE VP Form 237
completed by Senior Constable 16298 at 1600 hours on 25 April 2006.
Considerable discussion had occurred at the Briagolong Police Station as
to the lawfulness of my arrest and detention on the grounds of a common
law breach of peace.
That, my determined and deliberate protest as an objection made against
the perverse and depraved character of *sissified* *parodying* engaged
by Private Jake Kovco (as a bisexual/heterosexual male having a
traumatic adolescent male-to-male sexual experience). Being *conduct*
*of* *a* *careless*, *reckless*, *mindless* *and* *senseless*
*character* *engaged* *in* *whilst* *gyrating* *and* *zoned* *into*
*music*, *was* *then* *consequential* *to *his* *death* *by* *the*
*self-inflicted* *discharging* *of* *a* *bullet* *to* *the* *head*.
I categorically stated at the time of arrest, I had no intention of
breaching the peace and such intent was clearly conveyed by well chosen
written words as the basis of protest. That merely reading a biblical
quotation within the public domain (as the accompanying video shows),
imploring God for a "Divine Act of Retribution to Strike Down the
Proud", was an act of faith and a demonstrative piety which hardly
constituted a derogatory act or disrespectful manner against our ANZAC
Tradition as National ethos--As follows:
1) WE ARE NOT ANZACS, WE HAVE DONE NOBLER DEEDS THAN THEY, OF WHICH YOU
KNOW NOTHING.
2) WE ARE NOT ANZACS BECAUSE AUSTRALIANS SUBJECT US TO RELIGIOUS
PERSECUTION.
3) WE ARE NOT ANZACS BECAUSE YOU DENY US FAIR JUSTICE.
4) WE ARE NOT ANZACS BECAUSE YOU THINK YOUR RACE IS BETTER THAN OURS.
5) WE ARE NOT ANZACS BECAUSE YOU DENY US COMMUNITY AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY.
I had shown Senior Constable Peter Andrews, a copy of my natural law and
common law intellectual property as GRAPPLE HOMOIOTIC NOUMENON in
relation to the instigating Letters Patent to the Federation of the
Australian Commonwealth and Constitution of 1901.
But he had no intellectual conceptualization of it as paradigm of mind
and teleological anthropic cosmological principle as duty any to State
in compliance to the principles of individual, government and
nongovernment organizational and military accountability expressed as a
"require[ment] and command [for] all Our Officers and Ministers, Civil
and Military, and all other the inhabitants of Our said Commonwealth to
be obedient, aiding, and assisting unto Our said Governor General, or,
in the event of his death, incapacity, or absence, to such person or
persons as may, from time to time, under the provisions of these Our
Letters Patent, Administer the Government of Our said Commonwealth"

My particular field of superannuated retirement interest is in the
teleological area of Natural Theology and metempirical philosophy which
is as celestial hierarchy and metaphysical noumenon and a theoretical
behavioral 'a priori' which is equally applicable to the definition of
force as it is in relation to the study of time and its relativity to
infinity and to the temporal: "All things have their pre-existent limits
in the Super-Essence, of the Universe and its Eternity.
That is, the Permanent Principle underlying its temporal process. This
and the next phrase explain what is meant by the words 'the Measure of
the universe.' The Good sets bounds to the world (1) temporally, because
Eternity is the Fount of Time, (2) spatially, because Transcendent Unity
is the Fount of Number. All temporal things are permanent in God; and
all diversities are one in Him. Its Numerical Principle, all number has
its roots in the Good."
I understand the Natural and Common Law theological conception, that
when the Judaeo-Christian Scriptures discuss and denote eternity, it is
the home of being, while time is the home of things that come to be.
And I can apply this understanding to an Anthropic Cosmological
Principle associated to the Intellectual Consideration of the Letters
Patent to the Commonwealth of Australia in differentiation of the
natural law teleological issue of 1933 to 1945 as governance that is
conveyed by its recourse to a 'formal definition of monogamous
gamo-genesis' and piety 'monogenes' [John 1:17-18] and the philosophical
paradigm which German Super-intellectualism regarded as: "All things are
conceived as consisting of single monads of varying magnitudes of
aggregations of these bodies, which may exist as physical, emotional,
mental, or spiritual substances. God is the first and greatest Monad;
the spirit of man is an awakened monad in contradistinction to the lower
kingdoms whose governing monadic powers are in a semi-dormant state."
While the GRAPPLE HOMOIOTIC NOUMENON is the conceptual lens by which I
view phenomenon, and the means I map instances of temporal (time and
date) events, then making neural linguistic associations to the memetic
paradigm. It is not the basis, nor has ever been the basis for any
claim by me that I am the cause or contribute in any way to the
occurrence any such events as earthquakes, storms, accidents or a range
of other phenomenon as acts of God.
According to Wikipedia: "At 2126 hours (AEST) on 25 April 2006 a small
magnitude 2.2 earthquake at a shallow depth at coordinates 41.190°S
146.840°E triggered an underground rock fall at the Beaconsfield gold
mine in northern Tasmania. Earlier speculation had suggested that mine
blasting had caused the collapse.
Three of the miners working underground at the time were trapped, and
early reports suggested that 14 miners who were underground at the time
had managed to scramble to safety. The mining company, Beaconsfield Mine
Joint Venture, released a press statement saying they held "grave
concerns for the three miners' Larry Knight (44), Brant Webb (37) and
Todd Russell (34) wellbeing."
Knight had been killed in the initial rockfall, but Webb and Russell
were still alive, trapped in part of the vehicle in which they had been
working at the time of the collapse, known as a teleloader or
telehandler. They were in a basket at the end of the telehandler's arm,
where they had been applying steel mesh to a barricade prior to
backfilling a stope. It was initially misreported that the two miners
were saved by a slab of rock that fell on top of the basket, but in a
Channel 9 exclusive interview broadcast on 21 May, Webb and Russell
stated that this was incorrect and that the "ceiling" above them was
merely thousands of individual unstable rocks precariously packed together.

CONSIDERATIONS ON VIDEO DOCUMENT
The 36 second video footage pertaining to my claim that the public
protest action (where I was struck and wounded) whilst reading aloud
[Psalm 83:14-18 (KJV)] on ANZAC DAY 25 April 2006 is manifestly a
substantiated claim of a Divine Miraculous Event by an Earthquake
occurring at the Beaconsfield gold mine in northern Tasmania 2126 hours
(AEST) on same day. It is released under the Freedom of Information Act
by the Victoria Police, and clearly shows a 'do not stand' sign in very
close proximity to where I was conveyed in a northerly direction to the
wall of a nearby premise.

It is a matter of public record, that following my public recital of a
prayer within Avon Street Briagolong, that there occurred an earthquake
at the Beaconsfield mine, situated on the Tamar River, Tasmania. That
the name 'Tamar' meaning 'date palm' is best known in the Biblical
narrative as a daughter-in-law of Judah {the praise of the Lord;
confession} as one of the sons of Jacob {that supplants, undermines; the
heel}. After being widowed she became the mother of two of Judah's sons,
Perez {divided} and Zerah {east; brightness} and is thus the ancestor of
2 tribal families of Judah and of the Messianic genealogy as claim to
Judaeo-Christian identity [Luke 3:33; Matthew 1:3]
PROOF OF A MIRACLE
That whilst my esoteric interest in metempirical philosophy and
theology, is concerned with such phenomenology as God's manifestation in
nature, it does so from the perspective of a unified theory involving
human languages and numerical systems.
I believe that it was providential and a response to my call upon God to
render evil recompense to the wicked, haughty and insolent members of
the Victoria Police and Australians who were gathered together against
the life of the righteous, and condemning innocent blood (with) the
bestowal of religious (ie. Christ Murderous values based) persecution
upon the occasion of another's death.
As a member of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgendered and Inter-sexed
(GLBTI) community, I had performed a protest on ANZAC Day 25 April 2006
wearing my Gay & Lesbian Police Employees Network (GALPEN) jacket, my
blood-stained Rainbow Sash (worn at prior refusals of Communion by
Cardinal (then Cardinal) George Pell) and a Jewish Yarmulke.
Getting arrested following a concerted and conniving effort to have me
removed from the street, made by Athanasius, an Internet
aus.religion.christian forum participant from the Egyptian Coptic
community--which had a distinct flavor of religious based intolerance
and unrestrained persecutory conduct not seen since Nazi Germany.

dolf: In making a decision to move to the country in proximity to where
I was born, some 230 kms from Melbourne a city of 3.4+ million people. I
was well aware when purchasing a small cottage in Briagolong, that the
locality only consisted of a very small population of 580, and therefore
specific employment prospects are somewhat difficult. Whilst country
life is very appealing and free for me at the present time, I didn't
imagine that it would be so for everyone--I was fully expectant of a
transition period as I made new friends, but this should have been easy
as I already have family established here.

On 30th April 2005, after signing, a 'Contract Note' on the purchase of
this property in the Gippsland region of country Victoria, I went to the
local pub in order to determine how amenable, civil and decent the
residents of the town were-OR SHOULD I SAY WEREN'T.
There was verbal abuse, coercion and menacing to which I was subject
that evening, relating to my sovereign and autonomous right to gender
and sexuality identity as a religious/political value which is inclusive
of 'self'. At one point the bloke who was engaged in most of the
invective, who identified himself as a local identity known as 'Macca'
MacKenzie of 27 Forbes Street, Briagolong was then himself the centre of
attention as several of the lads of about 20 years of age directed a
litany of 'You're the dog!' and 'You're the man!' to the individual.
What I found particularly offensive was the inability of the male
population there to adequately distinguish between homosexuality as a
lawful and consensual sexual activity and those who engage in unlawful
sexual activity such as paedophiles.
That the subject of my being a gay man was being publicly referenced as
a question and I was being disapprovingly subject to social exclusion,
excoriation and disadvantage as a result of an innate attribution of
humanity. This is despite our own law reform within circa 1982. Before
then it was also considered illegal. That it was an issue, over which I
had to contend with in the public sphere, is no guarantee I wont be
subsequently free of any further impunity to my own autonomous right.
On 9 July 2005 whilst still domiciled in Melbourne, I read an online
edition of the Australian Newspaper, that a person was fatally injured
crossing the road, after leaving a local country Hotel (a pub situated)
at about 1820 hours on that Saturday night. Although it wasn't
expressed within the news article, I considered at the time that perhaps
it was the same Hotel I went to, in order to meet the locals to gauge
their congeniality toward gay individuals as a consideration in
purchasing my cottage.
The publican raised by his lament as concerns regarding the licensing
laws being such, that in the event of an exigency as the death of a
patron, it would, due to administrative circumstances, be very difficult
for them to obtain an exemption from the restrictions which are rigidly
enforced, within sufficient time for any funeral.
He had given a disapproving glance of my 30 April 2005 purchase for Mr.
MacKenzie, of a departing beer as sop (ie. a thing of no great value
given or done as a concession to appease someone whose main concerns or
demands are not being met).

By letter dated 12 December 2007 made to Wellington Shire Council, then
of 70 Foster Street, Sale Victoria, I objected to the erection of an
informal and unauthorised stone memorial to Mr. MacKenzie is an affront
and a disloyalty to duty to State that ought to be removed:
"I note with dismay that there is a plaque accessible within the public
sphere acknowledging the death of Mr. MacKenzie. I have in the past
complained about the pejorative characterizations made by Mr. MacKenzie
and my wishing death upon him--which came speedily."

differentiate their cultural organisational values from fascism--the use
of force to enforce a religious observance such as 'ANZAC Day' is
therefore unlawful as a breach of Section 116 of the Australian
Constitution.
This uncivilised] and indecent conduct is entirely an antagonistic
delinquency to the 'right of humanity in his own person' as the
reasonable desire, moral responsibility and duty accorded to democratic
regulative free-will and pre-requisite to any presence, participation
and procreation as marriage right and duties within the Commonwealth of

I have by correspondence dated 27 March 2007 as application made under
section 51(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 1982, requested that the
Chief Commissioner of Police undertake a review of a decision as
response to my letter dated 28 April 2006 and 12 May 2006 initiating
request for documents relating to my arrest on ANZAC Day 25 April 2006.
The arresting member Senior Constable Peter Andrews 16298 cannot now
give an adequate explanation as to how my natural and common law
compliant Intellectual Property as GRAPPLE Homoiotic Noumenon should as
an explanation of force as a category of understanding of Telos=#237
should so mimic the circumstances of his USE OF FORCE VP Form 237
completed by Senior Constable 16298 at 1600 hours on 25 April 2006.
Considerable discussion had occurred at the Briagolong Police Station as
to the lawfulness of my arrest and detention on the grounds of a common
law breach of peace.
That, my determined and deliberate protest as an objection made against
the perverse and depraved character of *sissified* *parodying* engaged
by Private Jake Kovco (as a bisexual/heterosexual male having a
traumatic adolescent male-to-male sexual experience). Being *conduct*
*of* *a* *careless*, *reckless*, *mindless* *and* *senseless*
*character* *engaged* *in* *whilst* *gyrating* *and* *zoned* *into*
*music*, *was* *then* *consequential* *to *his* *death* *by* *the*
*self-inflicted* *discharging* *of* *a* *bullet* *to* *the* *head*.
I categorically stated at the time of arrest, I had no intention of
breaching the peace and such intent was clearly conveyed by well chosen
written words as the basis of protest. That merely reading a biblical
quotation within the public domain (as the accompanying video shows),
imploring God for a "Divine Act of Retribution to Strike Down the
Proud", was an act of faith and a demonstrative piety which hardly
constituted a derogatory act or disrespectful manner against our ANZAC
Tradition as National ethos--As follows:
1) WE ARE NOT ANZACS, WE HAVE DONE NOBLER DEEDS THAN THEY, OF WHICH YOU
KNOW NOTHING.
2) WE ARE NOT ANZACS BECAUSE AUSTRALIANS SUBJECT US TO RELIGIOUS
PERSECUTION.
3) WE ARE NOT ANZACS BECAUSE YOU DENY US FAIR JUSTICE.
4) WE ARE NOT ANZACS BECAUSE YOU THINK YOUR RACE IS BETTER THAN OURS.
5) WE ARE NOT ANZACS BECAUSE YOU DENY US COMMUNITY AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY.
I had shown Senior Constable Peter Andrews, a copy of my natural law and
common law intellectual property as GRAPPLE HOMOIOTIC NOUMENON in
relation to the instigating Letters Patent to the Federation of the
Australian Commonwealth and Constitution of 1901.
But he had no intellectual conceptualization of it as paradigm of mind
and teleological anthropic cosmological principle as duty any to State
in compliance to the principles of individual, government and
nongovernment organizational and military accountability expressed as a
"require[ment] and command [for] all Our Officers and Ministers, Civil
and Military, and all other the inhabitants of Our said Commonwealth to
be obedient, aiding, and assisting unto Our said Governor General, or,
in the event of his death, incapacity, or absence, to such person or
persons as may, from time to time, under the provisions of these Our
Letters Patent, Administer the Government of Our said Commonwealth"

My particular field of superannuated retirement interest is in the
teleological area of Natural Theology and metempirical philosophy which
is as celestial hierarchy and metaphysical noumenon and a theoretical
behavioral 'a priori' which is equally applicable to the definition of
force as it is in relation to the study of time and its relativity to
infinity and to the temporal: "All things have their pre-existent limits
in the Super-Essence, of the Universe and its Eternity.
That is, the Permanent Principle underlying its temporal process. This
and the next phrase explain what is meant by the words 'the Measure of
the universe.' The Good sets bounds to the world (1) temporally, because
Eternity is the Fount of Time, (2) spatially, because Transcendent Unity
is the Fount of Number. All temporal things are permanent in God; and
all diversities are one in Him. Its Numerical Principle, all number has
its roots in the Good."
I understand the Natural and Common Law theological conception, that
when the Judaeo-Christian Scriptures discuss and denote eternity, it is
the home of being, while time is the home of things that come to be.
And I can apply this understanding to an Anthropic Cosmological
Principle associated to the Intellectual Consideration of the Letters
Patent to the Commonwealth of Australia in differentiation of the
natural law teleological issue of 1933 to 1945 as governance that is
conveyed by its recourse to a 'formal definition of monogamous
gamo-genesis' and piety 'monogenes' [John 1:17-18] and the philosophical
paradigm which German Super-intellectualism regarded as: "All things are
conceived as consisting of single monads of varying magnitudes of
aggregations of these bodies, which may exist as physical, emotional,
mental, or spiritual substances. God is the first and greatest Monad;
the spirit of man is an awakened monad in contradistinction to the lower
kingdoms whose governing monadic powers are in a semi-dormant state."
While the GRAPPLE HOMOIOTIC NOUMENON is the conceptual lens by which I
view phenomenon, and the means I map instances of temporal (time and
date) events, then making neural linguistic associations to the memetic
paradigm. It is not the basis, nor has ever been the basis for any
claim by me that I am the cause or contribute in any way to the
occurrence any such events as earthquakes, storms, accidents or a range
of other phenomenon as acts of God.
According to Wikipedia: "At 2126 hours (AEST) on 25 April 2006 a small
magnitude 2.2 earthquake at a shallow depth at coordinates 41.190°S
146.840°E triggered an underground rock fall at the Beaconsfield gold
mine in northern Tasmania. Earlier speculation had suggested that mine
blasting had caused the collapse.
Three of the miners working underground at the time were trapped, and
early reports suggested that 14 miners who were underground at the time
had managed to scramble to safety. The mining company, Beaconsfield Mine
Joint Venture, released a press statement saying they held "grave
concerns for the three miners' Larry Knight (44), Brant Webb (37) and
Todd Russell (34) wellbeing."
Knight had been killed in the initial rockfall, but Webb and Russell
were still alive, trapped in part of the vehicle in which they had been
working at the time of the collapse, known as a teleloader or
telehandler. They were in a basket at the end of the telehandler's arm,
where they had been applying steel mesh to a barricade prior to
backfilling a stope. It was initially misreported that the two miners
were saved by a slab of rock that fell on top of the basket, but in a
Channel 9 exclusive interview broadcast on 21 May, Webb and Russell
stated that this was incorrect and that the "ceiling" above them was
merely thousands of individual unstable rocks precariously packed together.

CONSIDERATIONS ON VIDEO DOCUMENT
The 36 second video footage pertaining to my claim that the public
protest action (where I was struck and wounded) whilst reading aloud
[Psalm 83:14-18 (KJV)] on ANZAC DAY 25 April 2006 is manifestly a
substantiated claim of a Divine Miraculous Event by an Earthquake
occurring at the Beaconsfield gold mine in northern Tasmania 2126 hours
(AEST) on same day. It is released under the Freedom of Information Act
by the Victoria Police, and clearly shows a 'do not stand' sign in very
close proximity to where I was conveyed in a northerly direction to the
wall of a nearby premise.

It is a matter of public record, that following my public recital of a
prayer within Avon Street Briagolong, that there occurred an earthquake
at the Beaconsfield mine, situated on the Tamar River, Tasmania. That
the name 'Tamar' meaning 'date palm' is best known in the Biblical
narrative as a daughter-in-law of Judah {the praise of the Lord;
confession} as one of the sons of Jacob {that supplants, undermines; the
heel}. After being widowed she became the mother of two of Judah's sons,
Perez {divided} and Zerah {east; brightness} and is thus the ancestor of
2 tribal families of Judah and of the Messianic genealogy as claim to
Judaeo-Christian identity [Luke 3:33; Matthew 1:3]
PROOF OF A MIRACLE
That whilst my esoteric interest in metempirical philosophy and
theology, is concerned with such phenomenology as God's manifestation in
nature, it does so from the perspective of a unified theory involving
human languages and numerical systems.
I believe that it was providential and a response to my call upon God to
render evil recompense to the wicked, haughty and insolent members of
the Victoria Police and Australians who were gathered together against
the life of the righteous, and condemning innocent blood (with) the
bestowal of religious (ie. Christ Murderous values based) persecution
upon the occasion of another's death.
As a member of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgendered and Inter-sexed
(GLBTI) community, I had performed a protest on ANZAC Day 25 April 2006
wearing my Gay & Lesbian Police Employees Network (GALPEN) jacket, my
blood-stained Rainbow Sash (worn at prior refusals of Communion by
Cardinal (then Cardinal) George Pell) and a Jewish Yarmulke.
Getting arrested following a concerted and conniving effort to have me
removed from the street, made by Athanasius, an Internet
aus.religion.christian forum participant from the Egyptian Coptic
community--which had a distinct flavor of religious based intolerance
and unrestrained persecutory conduct not seen since Nazi Germany.
