is surprisingly good.
Don't know if it'll get to number 1 too
but the band could be the revelation of 2003.

"Shut up, just shut up" ;-)

Yeah, I have to agree. The whole album is very good. I must say though, they
owe a lot to the "Spooks" (who had hits with 'Things I've Seen' and 'Karma
Hotel' a few years ago), very similar sound and inspiration there, although
the Spooks seem to like to keep under the radar a bit these days.

I thought this newsgroup was dead.
Does anyone else hear Billie Piper's "Do you have a girlfriend" in the
BEP song ? When the bird starts singing. I love it when she sings live
the line "Boy you're useless, Whhoooaaaa !!!"
What a voice !
And the way she says "I love you even more".
Very sweet for a rough girl.

I managed to find their album on the binaries.
It's really good. Not your usual american crap.
And they all seem like nice guys too. Not your usual Eminem type.

I must admit, I found their last single bit of a four-minute cliché, but I
must admit this new single is excellent and very listenable, even the rap.

And they're excellent live.
The latest single is a gem.
And there are a lot more even better tunes on their album.
You can download it from the alt.binaries.mp3 newsgroup.
But remember you must delete the MP3s within 24 hours if you haven't
bought the album.

I don't know if you said that tongue in cheek or not, but I normally use
things like WinMX to sample albums and then if I like what I hear I buy
them.

Whilst I don't dispute that they do a lot of harm to the industry, the
industry also seems to forget there are a lot of people like me who sample
albums and then go on to buy them using WinMX.

yeah that was tongue in cheek.
I usually use kazaa to sample albums but lately most of the new music
has been corrupted. How about winmx ?
I think it's a bad move from the industry coz i won't buy an album based
on hearing one track on the radio. Doesn't mean I will be buying the BEP
record either, I've got to support the bands that are ignored by the
media first but if I had more cash I would.

There are 2 songs from Hilltop Hoods who are one of the best hip-hop
outfits in Oz. "The Nosebleed Section" is receiving heavy airplay at the
moment.

Do U have a prefered style of music ?
