Google News and the Torygraph - cosy eh?

You know the big advertising company that puts programs on most people's
mobile phones to turn them into terminals fed by its own servers, keeps
tabs on the whereabouts of most of the population of the west 24 hours a
day, and sends vans down every street taking photographs?

They're based in the US and were built in close cooperation with the CIA
and NSA.

They're called Google.

Well they run a news site called Google News. I've just been there and
scrolled to get the "UK edition". Of the "Top stories", 5 out of 6 were
by the Daily Torygraph.

These included the classic

campaign

Russia was forced into vehement denials that it was sending ground troops
into battle in Syria on Tuesday, as uncertainty about how far it would
push its intervention in the conflict lingered.

If you accept that as an unbiased report - which is to say, if you've got
shit for brains - you'll probably throw muck at me for saying that

* the US has carried out 2500 bombing raids on Syria

* all of the US bombing raids have been illegal, i.e. a war crime,
because they are not in self-defence, have not been sanctioned by the
United Nations Security Council, and have not been requested by the
Syrian government

* they are war crimes, in other words, for exactly the same reason that
the 2003 invasion of Iraq was a war crime
