Trying to output DVD NTSC on a TV in PAL

Hi,
I've got a pioneer A103S DVD drive on a PC with a real magic Hollywood Plus.
My TV only accepts PAL format and I would like to read DVD zone 1 in NTSC
format. I know that some softs exist wich change the framerate and the
color carrier for such a case but they only works with the creative labs
boards.
Has anyone heard of such a soft working with my Real Magic Hollywood Plus ?
