JVC TV- Opinions Please

My Parents are looking for a new widescreen tv. They have seen a JVC
tv package (with DVD player and 5 year warranty)for a very favourable
price. The TV is a JVC AV28CT1. Does anyone have any experience of
this tv? I have the 24" version in my kid's playroom. The sound on it
is a bit thin, but ok for the kids! I would deem this unacceptable
for a main tv - its more akin to a portable. I am though, impressed
with the picture quality....and it's available in black, I hate silver
tvs! I've not been able to get to see one in the shops yet. I just
wondered if the sound was any better on the bigger model. JVC's
website list it as slightly more watts per channel.

Opinions would be much appreciated.
